New German Parliament Building, Schadowstraße 4, Berlin
The work examines the relation between architecture and democracy.
A transparent motif will be printed on the entire length of the glass front of caféteria and canteen of the new parliament building. The motif will overlay with both the interior and the exterior. White parallelogram-shaped and colored, round glass tables in the interior carry forward the superimposition of color plays as well as the gaze through the windows. Responding to the direct adjacency of the Federal Press Office, images from the The Federal Archives will be shown as large dots, which will be perceived as an image only with a certain distance.
The work will be finshed in 2021.
