João Penalva intervenes directly in the city of Lisbon through a a site-specific installation, which transmits sound and images, of the Clock of the Porto City Hall Tower. The exhibition is curated by John Pinharanda and is produced by the EDP Foundation in collaboration with the Municipal Gallery of Porto.
